Where is Fountain Creek Estates?
Take Highway 120 West from Highway 75. Go through Pottsboro and Highway 120 will turn and
go North towards Highport Marina and Tanglewood Resort. About a half mile from where 120 turns
North, Fountain Creek Estates will be on your right.
With the planned rebuilding and widening of Highway 120 and the projected extension of State Highway 289
(Preston Road) from Highway 56 northward to Highway 120, the Pottsboro area will continue to grow and prosper.
Fountain Creek Estates is growing nicley, as well, with phase one opening in May of 2004
with 62 homeowner lots and 1 commercial area. Phases two and three are coming along as
well with Phase two expected to open with 58 lots in 2007. Phase three will contain 7 lots
but a date for this phase has not yet been set.
